Today in our video series, we are covering top ten wheat exporting and importing countries in the world. These countries constitutes 86% of the total global wheat exports and over 45% of global wheat imports. Globally wheat is one of the most consumed grain and is typically milled into flour which is then used to make a wide range of foods including bread, crumpets, muffins, noodles, pasta, biscuits, cakes, pastries, cereal bars, sweet and savoury snack foods, crackers, crisp-breads, sauces and confectionery.
