About Our Founder:

Faisal started CETMATRIX – Career and Education after working with more than a decade with various education management and talent development companies across the world. A bachelors in Computer Science Engineering and a masters in Higher Education Management, Faisal have been on the forefront of international student recruitment, transnational education, course validation, university and course accreditation, career services management, corporate education and training, and online and distance education. A techno – business education leader, he also lead the digitalization initiatives of various institutions and even helped them in leveraging the power of data and analytics for dropout prevention and student success.

Over the years, Faisal consulted more than 25000 working professionals, students and executives to achieve their career goals including landing dream jobs or getting admitted in dream universities. He also designed, developed and managed online and distance courses in various domains and recruited students from various parts of the World. With his deep expertise in education system of various countries, he also helped students in securing admissions with full scholarships in top ranked universities, medical schools and business schools, including USC, UCB, UCLA, Vanderbilt, Imperial, University of British Columbia, Rutgers, Australian National University and Cornell to name a few. he also manages a very successful consulting program with focus on helping working professionals and executives in helping secure employment in their dream companies besides a consultation for various permanent and temporary residency programs.

As a corporate education specialist, Faisal designed and executed more than 100 corporate programs and even consulted working professionals on attaining professional certifications and licensures including CPA (US & Canada), Professional Engineer (NCEES), CFA, CIPS, CIPD, PMP, MRCP, USMLE, ACCA, ICAEW and CSP to name a few. As a corporate education specialist, he designed management development and professional development programs for PwC, FedEx, Dubai Tourism, SubWay, Namaa Al Munawara, International Medical Center, WP Ground Water, Kale Kilit, Colliers International, Emirates Post Group, Sharjah Cooperative Society, ADNOC and Cleveland Clinic to name a few.

On institution front, he provide consulting solutions to Universities, Higher Education Institutions and Corporates on corporate training, executive education, student recruitment, faculty and staff recruitment, market entry strategy, online program management, course design and department management. He also provide consulting and advisory solutions to higher education institutions for implementing Information Technology and online learning ecosystem.
