Internships, Student Placement or Field Placement are some of the key aspects of a successful program and student experience and it is a dream of every student to get placed in a good company or secured an internship from a reputed organization. A paid internship or a placement is a real time work experience gained in a real time environment either during the degree or post completion of the degree.

Universities and institutions across the world uses different terms for placement including ‘Campus Placement’, ‘Industrial Placement‘, ‘Sandwich Placement’, ‘Placement Year’, ‘Year In Industry’, and probably a few more but they all implied the same. An industry internship or a campus placement will give the opportunity to the students to apply their classroom knowledge, build contacts and gain valuable real time work experience. Many universities across the world also include a placement year in between the course as a part of coursework to give the opportunity to the students to get real time exposure.

At CETMATRIX, we understand the difficulty faced by your students in getting placed is very difficult and despite investing huge resources you might face an uphill task of getting all your students placed and for the very reason we are partnering with college, institutions and universities to design your placement program and help your students getting placed. Usually placement years are part of the coursework and we at CETMATRIX will help those companies in building partnerships for the placement year. As a part of the program, we will help your students in developing CV, train on in demand skill sets and even conduct interview training and mock interviews.

Internships:

Internships are one of the best ways to gain valuable experience during the course work and many higher education instiutions encourage their students to opt for short term internships during the coursework to gain industrial knowledge. Most of the students will opt for internships during course break or semester break. A great internship is also a pathway for a future job. As a part of this program, we will help your students in matching them with internship opportunities.

Field and Industrial Placement:

Most of the technology and medical programs require a field and industrial placement or apprenticeship as a part of coursework and we partner with institutions to secure field placement in Clinical Research, Hospitals and Industries.

Placement Cell Management:

Need a dedicated partner to manage all your placement needs, we can help you out. We partner with higher education institutions and colleges to manage their entire placement cell. As a part of placement cell management, we help your students with CV, Profile Building, In Demand Skills Training, Softskills Workshop and Placement. We will also provide an access to various fresher opportunities. Besides that, we will also help you in engaging partnerships with various companies and hospitals for internships, field placement and clinical placement.
