UNDERGRADAUTE PROGRAMS

Undergraduate education is pursued after secondary education (10+2) and before Postgraduate (or) Master Education. In most of the countries, undergraduate program is an entry level university education and the duration of the program will be of three – four years while few specialization course like medicine will take five years. As per UK RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework) and European Qualfications Framework, an undergraduate program is at level 6 while as per Scottish framework, ordinary bachelors degree is at level 9 and honors is at level 10.

• Bachelor of Engineering/Techology: A bachelor of engineering or bachelor of technology degree is common in Common Wealth countries. A Bachelor of Engineering of Bachelor of Technology is a professional qualification for engineers.

Credit System: Universities across the world has different credit system for awarding a bachelors degre. In USA it is minimum 120 credits, in UK it is 360 and in European Region it is in between 180 to 240 European Credits Transfer System (ECTS)
